Conventional, addressable, wireless or monitored — and within those, the right category for your building. Getting it wrong means either paying for coverage you do not need or failing an inspection. We advise from the risk assessment and the building itself, not from a catalogue.

False alarms cost you in lost production, wasted fire service resource and, eventually, staff who stop taking the alarm seriously. Correct detector selection, siting and settings remove most of them; we look at cause codes on every service visit and act on the pattern.

A system that is badly installed or left unserviced fails at the worst possible moment. BS 5839-1 expects at least two service visits a year for most systems. We schedule them, we turn up, and you get the paperwork.

Standards move and systems age out of support. Keeping track of that is a job in itself. It is part of what you pay us for — we tell you what has changed and what it means for your building, before it becomes a problem.

Yes. We offer planned maintenance contracts and annual or more frequent servicing to keep your system compliant and operational. All maintenance is carried out in accordance with BS 5839-1:2017, which requires at least two service visits per year for most systems.

If you cannot produce a current service record, a commissioning certificate and a logbook showing weekly tests, you have a gap. Call us and we will tell you where you stand before anyone else asks.
